           Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Monica Faye Stevens. I am a Professional Freelance Makeup artist with a degree in Visual and Performing Arts with emphasis in Photography. My passion for makeup evolved through my love for photography. As I began to see an increased need for a makeup artist for my own photo shoots I began to dabble in makeup. After taking a theatre makeup course and getting more experience by working with my fellow photographers, I went and applied for MAC.

        Initially I worked for the company as a freelance artist and left the company to become a manager for Benefit Cosmetics. After a while I began to miss the flare of my former employer. So there I was again back with MAC, not long after transitioning back I had become the Product Knowledge Specialist in my Store. This position allowed me to grown my knowledge not only in technique but also about key ingredients. 

        These experiences have led me to learn a lot about makeup artistry as a whole. I have years of experience to share with my clients and ensure that they receive the exact result they are looking for. At the end of each session I like to make sure that not only do my clients have a fun and enjoyable experience, but that they leave having learned at least one new trick to add into their beauty arsenal.
